Consultation: During this 15 minute visit we will review your medical history, explain the procedure and its risks, do a brief physical examination, and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.
Procedure: The appointment for the procedure is usually a separate 30 minute appointment, although the actual procedure will usually take less than 15 minutes. This can be done as soon after the consultation as you wish.
Some patients will request that both the consultation and procedure be done at a single visit, and we will attempt to accommodate these requests.

Pricing
Vasectomies are often covered by health insurance once deductibles and copays are met.
We offer competitive all inclusive pricing that covers the consultation, vasectomy procedure, and specimen testing to assure success.
Payment is collected at the time of service.
We are able to accept cash, credit card or debit card for payment.
This service is FSA and HSA eligible.
We will provide office notes, procedure codes, and simple instructions for you to request reimbursement from your health insurance plan.
